Request Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, this portal allows users and registered hosts to request permanent deletion of their Minglo account and associated personal data.
📋 What Happens When You Request Deletion?
Data that is permanently deleted:
- Account Profile: Name, phone number, email address, bio, and profile photo.
- Communications & Sessions: Chat sessions, messages, support tickets, and user reports.
- Call History: Non-financial call logs and VoIP interaction records.
- Authentication & Device Tokens: Firebase Auth credentials, push notification tokens (FCM), and cloud storage media.
- Host KYC Media (for Hosts): Identity documents, verification certificates, and bank account numbers are scrubbed.
Data that is retained:
- Financial & Tax Records: Virtual coin purchase records, Razorpay payment identifiers, and payout transaction logs are retained as required by applicable Indian tax and financial regulations. These financial records are decoupled from personal identity and strictly archived for statutory compliance.
⚠️ Important Warnings:
- Irreversible: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
- Forfeiture of Coins: Any unused virtual coin balance in your Minglo wallet will be forfeited upon deletion.
- Notice for Hosts: If you are a host, please ensure all pending payout requests and earnings are settled before submitting your deletion request.
- Processing Timeframe: Deletion requests are reviewed and completed within 30 days of approval.
